What if I go over my plan’s limits?
If you send above your limits or your subscriber list grows, we’ll notify you and you’ll have an option to upgrade or pay for the additional emails.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely—we want you to have the plan that best meets your needs without penalty. You can switch between our monthly Lite, Essentials, or Premier plans, or sign up for an annual contract with any plan of your choice. If you prefer, you can also contact sales to help you select the plan that will best meet your needs.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes! We offer an annual purchase option for each of our plans, which comes with a 10% discount. You can select the option that works best for you when you sign up for or change a plan. You can also contact sales to help you choose the plan that best meets your needs. Please note that our annual discount does not apply to agency or multi-team plans at this time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we do! We offer a general free trial so you can see behind the scenes of our product. We also offer a 90% discount on the first month of our most popular plan, Essentials.
What’s the difference between priority and premier support?
With premier support, your support requests go to the top of the queue so you’ll get help faster.
